First Cashback Terms

1. The First Cashback reward is available only for eligible purchases made through EECEEE and participating merchants.
2. Users must start their shopping journey through the designated merchant link on EECEEE for the purchase to be eligible for cashback.
3. Cashback eligibility is subject to successful tracking, merchant approval, and confirmation of the transaction.
4. Cashback rates may vary by merchant, product category, promotion, or campaign period.
5. Cancelled, returned, refunded, exchanged, fraudulent, or invalid transactions are not eligible for First Cashback.
6. Certain products, services, taxes, shipping fees, gift cards, and other exclusions determined by the merchant may not qualify for cashback.
7. First Cashback will be credited to the user's EECEEE account only after the merchant confirms and approves the transaction.
8. The payout and crediting of First Cashback may take up to 120 days from the date of the qualifying transaction, subject to merchant validation, approval, and reconciliation processes.
9. Users must maintain a valid and active EECEEE account to receive cashback rewards.
10. EECEEE reserves the right to withhold, reverse, adjust, or cancel any cashback that is found to be inaccurate, duplicated, fraudulent, or in violation of these terms.
11. Cashback rates, eligibility criteria, and participating merchants may be changed, suspended, or discontinued at any time without prior notice.

EECEEE reserves the right to interpret, amend, modify, suspend, or terminate these terms and the First Cashback program at its sole discretion without prior notice.

Second Cashback Terms

1. The Second Cashback reward is available only for eligible purchases made through EECEEE.
2. Users must complete the purchase through the designated merchant link on EECEEE to qualify
3. The Second Cashback rate is fixed at a flat percentage of 30% from 5 pooled commissions.
4. Second cashback USP, all purchased items that got Cancelled, returned and refunded automatically are eligible for Second Cashback.
5. EECEEE reserves the right to withhold, reverse, or cancel any Second Cashback that is found to be inaccurate, duplicated, fraudulent, or in violation of these terms.
6. Users must maintain a valid and active EECEEE account to receive Second Cashback rewards.
7. Second Cashback promotions may be modified, suspended, or terminated at any time without prior notice.
8. By default, all purchased products are automatically enrolled in the Second Cashback program. Once the seller confirms the sale, the purchase becomes eligible for Second Cashback rewards in accordance with the program terms and conditions.
9. Second Cashback is funded from a portion of commissions generated from eligible purchases made by other EECEEE users within the platform ecosystem.
